Cancellations & Refunds for Wellness Activations & Experiences
- You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the event start time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
- To cancel, please email info@thedailyglow.co.
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Our events have set schedules and cannot be rescheduled or transferred to different dates.
- If you can't attend, you may gift your booking to a friend by notifying us via email.
Refunds for Products
Refunds are subject to our partners' individual policies. If you need to request a refund:
- Contact us at info@thedailyglow.co within 30 days of your experience.
- We'll provide you with the contact information for the relevant partner.
- Coordinate directly with the partner regarding your refund request.

Product Returns
We value your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy for products, subject to our partners' individual policies. Here's what you need to know:
- Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@thedailyglow.co. We'll provide the partner's contact information and return instructions.
- Shipping: Returns should be sent directly to the partner. We don't provide return shipping labels, as our partners manage their own inventory.
- Acceptance: Returns must be approved by the partner before shipping.
- Refunds: Once the partner accepts the return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Certain items like perishables, custom products, and personal care goods may not be eligible for return. Check with the specific partner for details.
